Last month, I created a challenge to encourage my students to do a little more than the usual. The challenge required that they complete a set amount of tasks by the end of the month. They were promised a special prize upon completion. The challenge was a great success in my studio. Many students worked hard to complete the challenge by the end of April. Students were even asking what the challenge would be next month.
The students pinned their completed page on the bulletin board. For the prizes, I filled bags with a few pieces of candy and other goodies. The students loved the prize!
