Description
- When the Saints Go Marching In for piano ensemble includes:
- A short summary about the song
- Rhythm practice
- Individual parts for harmony (chords), bass notes, and melody
- Advanced variations of each part
- Each part is notated in its simplest form first and then as more advanced variations. The variations allow for a group of multi-leveled students to play together.
- Start with the simplest arrangement of each part first. The main objective for the ensemble music is that students can play together in rhythm. Playing the simplest parts together first will allow students to listen without as much concentration on notes. If mistakes occur, students will develop the ability to continue playing without stopping the group.
- Once students have mastered playing the simplest parts of When the Saints together, challenge each student to try a more advanced variation of his part.
- Students can play the music as a solo, duet, or trio on one or two pianos. If a keyboard lab is available, the ensemble music could also be played on several different keyboards.
- Purchase includes unlimited prints.
- PDF file will be immediately emailed after purchase.
